Isiqalo Primary School respects your privacy and follows the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). This notice explains what we do with information collected through this website.
What we collect
If you use the enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, the grade you need, and, if you choose to give them, your email address and message.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you apply, to deal with your application. We do not sell or share your details for marketing by anyone else.
Who sees it
School staff who deal with admissions. The form sends your message to our school email address.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to reply and to run the admission process, then delete them. Admission records of enrolled learners are kept as the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to info@isiqaloschool.co.za or phone 079 386 7699. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
